Cecily has wanted to run a Montessori school ever since her first experiences with one.  She got her AMI diploma for 0-3 in 2009, and spent 3 years as a guide before making the transition to director. With a background in early childhood education and special education, she was drawn to Montessori education by its emphasis on the child as an individual.

Shannon studied in San Diego for her 3-6 training, and moved back to Colorado to be closer to her family.  She also has a Bachelor's in Visual and Performing Arts from California State University - San Marcos.  Among other talents, she rings handbells with a local bell choir.

Marcela took her 3-6 training in Minnesota.  Fluent in Spanish and English, she worked for several years as a Spanish guide in Minnesota, before coming to Colorado. After teaching in Breckenridge, she has joined us and is excited to be at an AMI school.

Elizabeth trained for 0-3 here in Denver, and spent several years working as a Montessori tutor and family consultant while she completed her Master's in Montessori Education from Loyola University, Maryland.
